Gold Enclosed Single-Coil Magnetic Pickup

This is a cool little single-coil pickup, with a nice shiny gold cover. This set includes the pickup, which has a 13" 3-conductor lead (red is positive, white negative, uninsulated/silver is the case ground), two springs and chrome mounting screws. These are rated at 5.68KOhm resistance, use a plastic bobbin and a ferrite bar magnet.

These are a step up from the economy open-pole pickups we sell, and definitely lend a classier feel to a build! Please note that these are slightly smaller in width than standard Fender-style single coil pickups.

We also have pickup rings designed for this pickup available in 4 different wood types.

Please note - these pickups have been coming through from the manufacturer with some vertical lines/marks on the sides of the pickups - see the close-up photos. These pickups have been reported to be a bit microphonic.
