Enclosed Single-Coil Magnetic Pickups - Choose Finish Color & Pre-wired Options

These cool little single-coil pickups feature shiny plated metal covers, available in either Chrome or Gold. The pickups include two springs and chrome mounting screws. These are rated at 5.68KOhm resistance, use a plastic bobbin and ferrite magnets. These are a step up from the economy open-pole pickups we sell, and definitely lend a classier feel to a build! Please note that these are slightly smaller in width than standard Fender-style single coil pickups. 

These are available either "bare" (just the pickup itself and a 13-inch 3-conductor lead (red is positive, white negative, uninsulated/silver is the case ground), or as a fully pre-wired No-Solder harness that includes a volume control pot and output jack. These harnesses are created here in the C. B. Gitty workshop and carefully tested, to make it easy for you to install in your special build without having to worry about soldering and getting circuits right.

Please note" these pickups have been reported to have some "microphonic" properties, which some builders like and others don't.
