These 1.5mm-diameter rods are used for installing fret position markers on the sides of stringed instrument necks - see the listing photos for an example. They are available in white or black. We sell these as a pack of six (6) 4-inch lengths, for 24 inches (2 feet) total, which should last you for a good few builds.
