Self-Adhesive Vinyl Pickguard Sheets - 8 x 20 in. - Choose from 3 Styles

These vinyl sheets are perfect for cutting your own pickguards, headstock veneers or other decorative elements for homemade instruments and more! Made from a blend of PVC and celluloid and available in 3 classic colors, these sheets are 0.7mm thick and easy to cut with scissors. Just trace on your design then cut it out, for a beautiful, classic look. Outer dimensions of the sheets are 200mm x 510mm x 0.7mm, and they use a durable, permanent 3M adhesive backing.

This is tough, durable pickguard material with a permanent bond adhesive. The top surface comes with a thin protective film which should be peeled off after installation. Use of razor knives/X-Acto knives to cut this material is not recommended, as it is very easy to slip while cutting - sharp scissors work best. Also, if you are cutting a piece that needs to be oriented a certain way on the guitar body (such as a pickguard), make sure you trace your pattern on such that the adhesive will be on the correct side once it is cut out.

NOTE: Cutting this material using laser or heat-based methods is NOT recommended as dangerous gasses can be released.
