The pickup is wired to mini tone (with capacitor) and volume pots, and from there to the mono output jack. Black plastic Tone and Volume knobs are included along with mounting hardware for good measure. Please note that the 4-pole pickup itself is actually a modified 6-pole pickup, with a 4-pole cover and special magnet arrangement to "hide" two of the poles.
