2pc. Skull Sound Hole Covers for Cigar Box Guitars - Laser-cut 1/8" Birch Ply

This is a pair of cool sound hole covers cut and engraved with a distinctive skull design, perfect for use on cigar box guitars, dulcimers, amplifiers, other homemade instruments and more! The outside width of of these covers is 2" (50.8mm), and the height is 2.5" (63.5mm). The thickness of each piece may vary slightly, but should be very close to 1/8" (0.125" / 3mm). There are three 1/16" mounting holes on these covers.

These covers are cut on a CNC laser machine from nice 1/8" arctic birch plywood (Made in the USA). These high-quality parts can be used unfinished, finished with various stains/oil-based finishes, or even spraypainted. These parts are designed and manufactured in the state of New Hampshire, USA by C. B. Gitty Crafter Supply, from USA-made birch plywood. Thus these parts are 100% Made in the USA!

These parts will have brownish cut edges as a result of being cut on a laser machine, and they may also have removable masking on one side, or may have some slight smudging on the back from the laser cutting process - this could be easily sanded off if desired. Please note that we ship these unfinished, so you can apply whatever finish to them you want.

Why do some of these sound hole covers cost more than others? It all comes down to the amount of time it takes the laser to cut/engrave each piece. More intricate designs take longer and therefore cost more. Simpler designs cut faster and cost less.
