2.5W Artec Amp Circuit Board with Pre-wired Leads - Choose Standard or Deluxe Model

This is a 2.5-watt Artec amp circuit board with on-board on/off/volume potentiometer, pre-wired connection leads including a 9-volt battery connector. We also include a basic sheet with wiring diagrams for this board. These make great little amps, which can be housed in a cigar box, tin, or other small enclosure. We use these boards in the cigar box amps we build here at C. B. Gitty, and they have been used with great results by thousands of builders all around the world over the years.

This listing is just for the circuit board - if you are looking for a full kit, be sure to check our our separate kit listings. The amp board you receive will have clearly labeled 12" leads pre-soldered to the key points on the circuit board: speaker, battery, LED and input jack. All you have to do is connect the leads to your amp components and you're good to go. The basic model has an onboard trim pot mounted to the circuit board which can be used to adjust the overall gain and tone of the amp.

The Deluxe model option is the same as above, but that has the onboard gain trim pot replaced with a panel-mount gain pot on a 6-inch lead, making for a more versatile amplifier. Those of you who aren't afraid of a bit of soldering can add a panel-mount gain pot to this circuit yourself: the video below shows how. Please note that you can damage/ruin your amp board doing this and we do not warranty any damage caused by following these steps!
