Description
Get the bombastic and rumbling cigar box guitar tone of Shane Speal. As heard in his songs, “Holler,” “Quarter to Nine,” “49 Years” and his cover of “Roadhouse Blues.”
Speal says:
My audience always reacts to the simplest cigar box guitar in my arsenal. It’s nothing but a broomstick jammed through a large cigar box and strung with three strings. However, it’s tuned so low (baritone Open C - CGC), it’ll almost make the fillings fall out of your teeth. These are the strings I use to get the tone.
I designed these strings for cigar box guitarists who want to play in the lower registers, from Open E (EBE), Drop D (DAD) and down to the rumbling baritone Open C (CGC). Suitable for both slide and fretted cigar box guitars
Each pack contains 3 Made-in-the-USA nickel-wound wound electric guitar strings.
Low E: .052". Low A: .042". Middle D: .032".
